Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Pocketful AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Pocketful”), and cover your use of pocketful.ai: digital menus, loyalty cards, the customer link page and Pocket, our AI assistant for owners. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you can accept them for that business.
Your account
Keep your login details safe and tell us at hello@pocketful.ai if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the information you enter being accurate.
Your data
The business data you upload (menus, prices, sales, customer lists) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to share it with us, including any customer data you collect through loyalty programs.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pocketful to break the law, send spam or messages people didn't agree to receive, upload content you don't have rights to, try to access other accounts or data, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
AI answers
Pocket generates answers with a language model from your data. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check important numbers before relying on them for financial, tax or legal decisions.
Third-party services
Some features rely on services we don't control, such as WhatsApp (Meta), Apple Wallet and your point-of-sale system. Their own terms apply, and changes on their side can affect those features.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed in your quote or plan. If a payment is late we may pause paid features after letting you know.
Availability
We work to keep Pocketful running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or retire features and will give reasonable notice of changes that affect you significantly.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Pocketful is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using Pocketful and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closing, you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days; after that we delete it as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
If these terms change we will update this page and the date above, and let active businesses know about significant changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you are based.
