What is Pocket Link?
Pocket Link brings together your customer experience and the tools to manage it. It includes your menu, customer photos and favorites, loyalty, rewards and campaigns, with a free plan to get started. Customers use it to discover you and come back; you manage the content and customer relationships from your workspace.
How do customer photos and votes work?
Guests upload photos and vote for their favorite dishes from your Link. You review photos before they go public. Contributions help other guests choose and can earn points according to your club’s rules.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Create the account and use everything for 14 days. Then pick a plan or stay free with the menu and the Link.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The menu, photos and club open in the browser from your Link or QR code. Guests join with their name and WhatsApp, and can also save their card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Can I change the menu myself?
Yes, from your phone or computer. You can also ask Pocket, for example "raise coffees by 5%", and it shows you the change before applying it.
Does it work with several locations?
Yes. One package covers all your locations, with a menu per location or one for the whole brand.
I have a POS. Does it connect?
